A Brief Introduction

Welcome to Folsom Ridge Ranch, situated in the small town of Burlington, Maine in Penobscot County. Burlington is just under an hour drive north of Bangor, and about the same, south from Millinocket. The Ranch sits on top of a mountain, on a rolling 45 acres of fields and pastures. 

Our venue is ideal for parties of 130 guests or less.

Folsom Ridge Ranch has a newly renovated 30 X 60 barn, built in 2005 for the purpose to house cattle and horses, and farm equipment. Now that the barn has been refurbished, this is a unique place to have your country dream wedding or special event here!

We took pride as we began the make-over of the barn and the ranch, that began in September 2020. And what progress we have made! As corrals were taken down, the stalls and troughs taken out, many fond memories warmed our hearts of the active farm life we experienced here. The guest farm tables are all hand made, that were once our corrals. The troughs were revamped into our bar, including the bar door that was our entrance to a birthing stall.

Now on another adventure, we’d like to share our little piece of heaven with you!

The remodel of the rustic barn has given the interior an elegant ambiance, without losing the authenticity of the original structure. The main floor can seat 120 guests, with the option of a 20′ x 20′ outdoor tent offering additional capacity.

THE VIEW

At Folsom Ridge Ranch the scenery is majestic! With panoramic mountain views and Lake Saponac in the background, the sky, the sunsets make amazing backgrounds for your memorable photographs. The property offers maintained lawns and fields, rock walls, corrals, and gardens as well.

There are outdoor tables and seating always available, for you to enjoy a gathering around with family and friends.
