WEDDINGS
At Folsom Ridge Ranch, our goal is to make your Big Day one you’ll never forget, and exactly what you want.
The barn is a rare blend of weathered, raw barnwood, chandeliers, silk drapes and crystal, for that formal atmosphere. We offer a variety of bridal décor that can be included in the bridal package you choose. It can also be a very casual setting for a more rugged theme for your event.
Have your ceremony at the outside 10 X 10 arbor or at the white garden arbor; the backdrop is a beautiful view of the lake and mountains! It’s breathtaking! Or have your ceremony inside the barn. We are very flexible and can personalize your special day! The environment is tranquil, private, and spacious. We provide lawn games and background music as well.
If you choose to have your event here at the ranch, we can customize your event. We require a sit-down meeting, listen to your vision and needs, and we can get to work! We will document all expectations and needs as we proceed to create your event!

We have vast fields for the kids to play in, and the spacious barn allows for shelter from inclement weather should it happen.
Additionally, Folsom Ridge Ranch is the perfect place for that corporate getaway – when your staff needs to have camaraderie building time to recharge, or for an organizational holiday celebration. There’s nothing better than a rustic environment to have a picnic!
With Lake Saponac less than 5 minutes down the road, bring your canoes and kayaks and enjoy the peaceful relaxation that only nature can provide!
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Folsom Ridge Ranch is a new venue to host weddings and special events, established in September 2021. We pride ourselves as being a family business, locally owned and operated. We are also pleased to fill a void, creating a new and exciting place to hold events in our area.
As the Ranch is new to Burlington and the surrounding communities, the owners are not new to the wedding industry, or wedding planning. Folsom Ridge Ranch is a division of Avanti Bridal Salon, LLC., established in 2007. We have been involved in all aspects of weddings throughout the years.
We have the experience, the knowledge, the team, and attention to detail to make your wedding or event a wonderful success!

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the Ranch available to rent?
Folsom Ridge Ranch is open seasonally, May through October. Weather permitting, April thru November.
What is the capacity of your barn?
The barn is 30 X 60 with a seating capacity of 120 guests; additional outside seating available.
What are your prices?
Two packages for 3 day events range from $4,850 to $5,850. This includes the day of the event, and the day prior and after. Please contact us for specific details and pricing related to your event.
What do we need to hold the date?
To schedule and hold a date for any event type, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required.
Will we need insurance for our event?
Yes, you will. For the safety of your guests and attendants, all rental contracts with the Folsom Ridge Ranch venue require the clients to obtain and provide proof of a ‘Special Event Liability Policy’. This policy MUST be obtained and provided to the Folsom Ridge Ranch no later than ten (30) days prior to the scheduled event.
Are there local attractions for offsite entertainment?
The peace and tranquility of Lake Saponac is right across the street. Bring your boat, kayak or canoe and enjoy!
There is a general store 1.5 miles from the ranch.
The Town of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. Restaurants, lodging, grocery stores and a laundromat are all within a convenient drive.
If you’re a golfer, we have a world-class course at JATO.
Can we come tour the Ranch?
Of course! However, we’re available weekdays and weekends by appointment only.
What is your alcohol policy?
You may contract with a bar service holding a Maine license. We have several suggestions on our vendors list.
